I think it’s great to have such fast options available, but here as well, some are really an upgrade from original meat version, others unfortunately more processed and added with salt, sugar or additives. The main rule of thumb, the more ingredients, the bigger the risk of getting unhealthy ingredients. Here as well some EU guidelines on salt & saturated fat. (Soya is a topic of its own).
